The instrument is designed to carry out karl fischer titration automatically for accurate determination of moisture in various samples. The equipment consists of a fully solid state circuit with incorporation of advanced highly sensitive ic's, a built-in magnetic stirrer with regulator and allied components. For operation, the titration is started just by pressing the `start' push button. The kf reagent is then automatically added from the burette through a solenoid valve resetting the built in electronic timer with each addition. When the `end point' is reached, the titration is stopped automatically and the red lamp is `on'. The built-in timer selects only the correct `end points' rejecting all the in between false indications. The timer can be adjusted in range 0 to 180 seconds, whenever required. The automatic operation of the titrator completely eliminates human errors and incorporation of highly sensitive ic's ensures perfectly reproducible accurate results. The equipment works on 230 volts 50 hz, mains supply and has its own built-in stabilizer to overcome mains voltage fluctuations. The equipment is supplied as under:

This instrument is designed for aqueous/non-aqueous, oxidation/reduction and many other potentiometric titrations. A fully solid state circuitry is incorporated, ensuring accurate reproducible results. The equipment is compact having a built-in magnetic stirrer with speed control and titration stand. The indicator is a digital display with range - 900 to + 900 millivolts. Since, the millivolts can be read directly on the display, the operation is simple and quick.

The standard electrode system supplied with the equipment consists of platinum, glass & calomel electrodes. It can also be used with other metal electrodes such as silver, gold, nickel, tungsten etc. The choice of electrode system depends on the nature of titration.

the approach of the `end-point' of the titration is shown by initial digital readings of increasing magnitude and the `end-point' itself is indicated by a sudden large permanent reading. In cases where the changes in millivolts in the reaction are small, the `end-point' can be asserted by drawing the graph of meter reading in millivolts vs volume added. The equipment can also be used for oxidation/reduction titrations. A special set pointer control for zero adjustment and to extent the millivolts range is provided in the instrument. Digital automatic tap density test apparatus is designed to hold two cylinders, capacity: 100 ml & 250 ml. The mechanism provides simultaneously rotating and tapping motion to the cylinders for packing the sample under test, evenly and uniformly. The equipment meets the requirements of usp standards suitable for method-i & method-ii.

This equipment is equipped with a magnifier to observe the tips of the melting point capillaries holding the samples to be tested. Instead of the conventional glass thermometer, it is fitted with highly sensitive sensor and the temp. is indicated on a digital readout. A press button is provided which is to be pressed when the desired change is noticed in the sample under test. The temp. reached at that stage is then held on the readout, till the `CLEAR’ button is pressed. The readings obtained are therefore quite accurate, as the operator can concentrate on the visual observation of the sample without looking on to the thermometer. Details: the instrument is designed to determine the melting point of solids or boiling points of liquids, with high accuracy . The apparatus incorporates the latest type of microprocessor based circuitry and is very simple to operate.

The apparatus consists of a cylindrical silicon oil bath with heater. A sample is filled in a capillary and suspended through the teflon cover of the silicon oil bath. Similarly a boiling point tube with sample liquid can also be suspended through the teflon cover to determine boiling point of a liquid sample. Temperature of the bath is maintained uniform with built –in magnetic stirrer. The unit is equipped with colour video camera, which magnifies the image of the capillary with sample, so that minute physical changes can be observed on the colour monitor with ease.

an audio signal draws the attention of the operator for close observation of the melting point towards the final reading. The melting point can be clearly observed on the monitor. If through oversight one fails to stop heating, after reaching melting point, it stops automatically with test over message, when the temperature reaches 10 c, above the set temperature of the program.

The unit consists of built-in miniature furnace, a digital temperature indicating circuitry with necessary controls and an air circulating arrangement. The furnace is precisely constructed to form a uniform heating media, having an arrangement to hold capillary containing sample. Melting Point Apparatus with 4 digit LED display is designed for accurate measurement of melting points and for checking the melting range of the solid samples. The apparatus consists of a silicon oil-bath of about 200 ml capacity, covered with a teflon cover with 5 holes, fitted with a special type of oil immersion heater and having three holes for holding the capillaries, one for boiling point tube and one for the thermometer.

Dial Type Tablet Hardness Tester

After completion of the test a comprehensive test report is generated & stored in memory and it can be only printed as and when required number of copies, once new test started the previous test report will be erased and same will be prompted on the display.
